The Rose Immigration Law Firm in Nashville is truly wonderful. I recently took advice from the founding partner, Ms. Linda Rose, who was assisted by an exceptionally able associate Ms. Neely Baugh-Dash. I cannot say enough good things about Linda's and their combined expertise, commitment and follow through, resourcefulness, responsiveness and professional empathy, and problem-solving ability. I have absolutely no hesitation, in fact I am unreservedly enthusiastic in recommending the Rose firm, and Ms. Rose and also Ms. Baugh-Dash. Based on my own long professional experience Ms. Rose and Ms. Baugh-Dash are second to none as advisers who are the best kind of professionals one always hopes to be able to find.

In September 2018 my sister in law (80 years) suffered a stroke and had to be hospitalized. During this time I discovered that she did not have any medical coverage. Looking further we found that she lost her green card status. I reached out to Rose Immigration for advice and counsel. After the initial interview I decided to employee this agency. Linda Rose assigned Josh Evans to the case. Josh proved to be an excellent researcher and closer. My sister in law is now a naturalized citizen. They even check on my sister’s medical condition from time to time. I highly recommend Rose Immigration for your legal needs.

Never got an answer

Thanks to Rose Immigration I got my J-1 waiver, despite being told by three other law firms that I would not be able to because of government funding that was involved in my J-1 stay. Doug was the first lawyer I spoke to about my situation that gave me sensible advice and a good sense of what to expect. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and professionalism throughout the long and complicated process. I would highly recommend Rose Immigration to anyone needing assistance. My husband and I are thankful we can keep working with them -- this time on my green card application. Thank you so much for your help, it literally changed our lives!

Over the course of many years, Rose Immigration has helped me get 5 different kinds of visas in succession without a hitch.
