I called the Law Offices of John Day after having a serious car accident in another state. I was hit from the rear by a car going 60mph. I was briefly hospitalized in North Carolina and received physical therapy upon returning to Tennessee. At the same time, my husband filed for divorce and closed all bank accounts. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with a condition that will take my eyesight. My auto insurance agent was not being helpful and my medical insurance was wanting reimbursement. I was completely overwhelmed. Then I called John Day's office and they did what I couldn't do for myself. Caroline Hudson and Jennifer Whitson were an excellent team! They were compassionate and very professional. They explained their process in a clear, thorough way that I could understand and answered all my questions. I literally handed them my burden. They called multiple times just to check on me personally and update me on my case. Caroline was a fierce advocate for me, negotiating with the other drivers insurance company until I was compensated fairly. Contacting them improved the quality of my life and I highly recommend this firm!
