I thoroughly enjoyed working with both Caroline and Rachael from John Day's office. They made a great team and always responded promptly and their advice was always right on point. I had a car wreck last June and they walked me through the entire process. As anyone who has experienced a car wreck knows, it is a traumatic experience no matter how big or little the wreck is. Thank you Caroline and Rachael!!!

Laura and her team were thorough throughout my process which dealt with multiple issues. Shanti her paralegal answered any questions within minutes and made me feel condfident with my choice using John Day Law Firm. Highly recommend this office.

I love to give glowing reviews, this is not one of them. My experience is not a positive one with this firm. I contacted the office about the reckless and negligent practice of a business that provides home healthcare givers, breech of contract and the emotional distress this caused for my 85 year old dementia mother. In return I received the standard impersonal rejection email. Apparently if the case is not an absolute ambulance chasing car accident " the firm" doesn't see a case they could take. In other words, unless there's big insurance money to go after they are not really interested in helping the little guy. There truly is no one to protect the elderly.

It’s scary when you’re faced with a sudden life emergency. My car was totaled, and as a single mother I had to purchase another vehicle right away. I couldn’t wait for insurance settlements, or even for injuries to heal. With my job negatively affected, my savings took a huge hit. Life doesn’t slow down. Amy and Caroline made it EASY!!! They were friendly, and compassionate. They took time to explain the “legalese” and process to me and they were even available for text messages on a Sunday. When all was said and done, they got me EXACTLY what I hoped for the day I walked into Mr. John Day’s office looking for help. Do call them. They will turn your situation around!!!

Unfortunate that I was in an accident and needed representation but very fortunate to have met Caroline and Amy at John Day Law!! These ladies handled my case with amazing detail and were very prompt in handling all of my request. They made the very detailed process very simple for me and I would highly recommend them both!

So, my experience with The Law Offices of John Day was a little while ago, but nevertheless, wanted to share my experience. Caroline and Amy were the absolute best in terms of helping my wife and me understand exactly what was going on with our situation, and were very positive throughout the struggle. Always available and genuinely sympathetic and helpful in every single way they could be. They helped us immensely through one of the toughest times in our lives, and in the event of needing anything in the future, they will most definitely be the ones we contact. Very pleased with how they handled everything for us to take the weight off of our shoulders.
