We were dragged in a false rental dispute. At that time we knew nothing about judiciary system. Mr. Bennett Wills, a good and knowledgeable attorney, took our case and led us to a monumental win. No one wants to be involved in a court case, but when someone accused us falsely and the financial costs were too high, we needed to fight back. Mr. Bennett guided us in every step of the process, comfort me and gave me the peace of mind in stressful situations. My family stood solid, behind us always as well. He was prompt in replying emails, charged by quantum of 6 minutes though! He was discrete, sharp and straight forward from the beginning, later in the discovery sessions, and finally in the deliberations in the court. I hired Mr Wills to handle two lawsuits which were somewhat related. He is one of the most professional and competent attorneys I have ever worked with and just an overall nice person. I spent a week e-mailing lawyers in my area around 160 of them, seeing who could give me help with my situation since I was on a time line. The first Lawyer I had for a previous case was not helpful, cost me a lot and still didn’t resolve my issues (they are still going on 2 years into it). So, I needed someone new, someone who would work on my case promptly and make spending my money feel worth it. Bennett not only e-mailed me back on a Sunday, he provided more information than my paid for lawyer ever did, all in one e-mail! He then consulted me free of charge to see if he could help my case. Every lawyer that got back to me only told me how much it was to be consulted and offered no help other than that. After meeting with Bennett, hearing his thoughts on my case and him agreeing to help saying he couldn’t guarantee a win but he would work his hardest to make that happen, I knew he was the guy for the job. I had 2 cases against me at once and Bennett took them both on, he always sat with me at court and would explain everything I didn’t understand in a way I could, he gave me options and would give his opinion with my best interest in mind. Both cases were taken care of within a few months of hiring him, and yes, they were in my favor. Bennett knows his stuff and his performance in court showed that he came in prepared to fight for me. I needed to best on my side and feel I found the best, I will recommend him to anyone who needs legal help. Good service cost a little more, but feeling like he would do all he could for me, how easy he was to work with him, his attention to detail, communication on weekends and holiday and of course the outcome is all 100% worth every penny. I can move on with life and work towards replacing the money without years of waiting for my case to be taken care of.

Bennett Wills is an excellent attorney. I came across a thread where he answered a question and saw his great reviews and reached out to him for insight into a personal matter. Not only did he respond to my inquiry right away, he provided a great deal of insight at our consultation and gave me the steps I needed to remedy the situation. Lawyers like him are quite rare.
