Mr Wills studies my case very carefully and line by line during our first visit. I found him very professional in what he does. He replies very quickly to emails. Now that the case is closed I can tell he made my fist court experience very easy and I am so glad that had him as my attorney on my side.

Bennett was extremely professional and thorough when it came to resolving old judgments that I was trying to resolve. From the start, Bennett handled everything in a professional manner and made me feel at ease dealing with the legal process. Furthermore, his knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and current Credit Reporting statutes was amazing. He was able to work with both the Court Systems and previous creditors to clear up everything that was on my credit report causing negative scores. I have been working a civil case against NIKE as Pro Se Plaintiff. Due to my legal ignorance I haven't fared well. I was lucky enough to call into Bennett and was amazed at how well he listened and quickly was able to deduce and understand the basics of my case. Mr. Bennett is an extremely rare find when it comes to an attorney! He is compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to assist as needed. I came to him with questions about a security deposit thinking that a small claim would be the answer and found with the initial free advice that my scenario wasn't that simple. During the initial visit Bennett found that my lease was signed by the landlords company that was in bad standing. A small claim while representing my self would be something that could be done but it wouldn't be simple. In the end while working with Bennett he found that not only were the landlords unlawful but that their attorney was as well. My initial security deposit and more was what we won and I should expect it this week. Thank you Bennett! Being a single female I always seem to find people that want to take advantage of me vs. help to my advantage. Bennett is one of those rare attorneys that truly help. He likes a good fight and isn't afraid of going to court especially if what he's fighting for is truly the right thing to do.
