I would strongly recommend Digby Family Law to anyone in need of legal help. Jess Morgan and her team provided me with guidance and patience through a very nuanced and tenuous situation, and I cannot speak highly enough about their care, knowledge, and professionalism. I know that my case, personally, was difficult to navigate and in spite of my own limitations and foibles, Jess put in so much effort to not only help me get the results I needed, but to make sure I was protected down the line. Should I ever need assistance in the future, I will undoubtedly come for this exact kind of care and outstanding support once again.

Lindsay Davis was really great to work with. It was easy to communicate with her and schedule any meetings with her. Everyone one in the Digby Family Law Office is so helpful and easy to talk to. Lindsay had quick responses to any of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and allowed ample time in between our meetings to review any information provided. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to get a prenuptial agreement done prior to marriage.

I reached out to Grace to help me with having a postnuptial agreement. I thought I knew all that this would entail, but boy was I wrong. There were so many things I didn’t consider when I began writing this up on my own. With Grace’s knowledge and expertise, she walked me through the entire process. I had almost made some very poor decisions for myself, but thankfully was saved, by Grace. 10/10 recommend!!!

Grace had assisted me with a post divorce matter that carried on longer than I could’ve anticipated. However, I firmly believe I couldn’t have had the outcome I did without her help. She was extremely professional with me, the defendant and in the court room. She was quick and thorough with her responses whenever I needed assistance. She advised me to be patient when I needed to be and kept me informed about anything and everything that was going on throughout the process. Not once did she advise anything that had me question her. She’s knows what she’s doing and it showed in the end. If she practiced every type of law, she’d be my go-to.
