DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. Markham Jackson is a very unprofessional attorney. He was incompetent and unprepared for court. The judge even advised that his lack of attention to detail impacted my case. There were several times Mark asked me for documents I had already submitted to him and he even said and I quote "I yell at my clients". Mark has no respect for women and did not properly present the most basic facts of my case. BEWARE if you hire him.

Good attitude and easy talk to good experience

As a mother, you always want the best for your children especially during times of trial and uncertain circumstances. My son was near the end of his year long probation and found out by calling the court asking about a matter concerning his car insurance that a warrant had been issued four months earlier for violation of his intoxalock device. He immediately called his probation officer and all she said was to go to the jail and turn yourself in. My son lives near Nashville, but my husband and I live in Georgia. We contacted the lawyer from our hometown that we had used in the original DUI charge, but he didn't bother to even return our call. I started reading reviews of attorneys in the Nashville area and thank goodness called an attorney that directed me to Mr. Webb's office. He responded to my call right away and I felt like I was talking to an old friend from the first conversation to the last. There is so much within the justice system that is hard for an untrained person to comprehend- we are truly at their mercy.
