I hired Mitchell last December to be my divorce counsel. He seems knowledgable, but he lack of transparency, his lack of ethics and his disorganization are traits that make him an appalling lawyer. Going through a divorce is a very stressful moment as it is, and having Mitchell as a lawyer made things much more challenging. Don't hire him!

I hired Mr. Miller 5 months ago. I have paid him and everything and he has yet to do anything for my case. I tried to get my money back through my bank but it was too late. It is truly sad to me that he could take someone's money and never respond to them. I have called, emailed, and even gone to his office with no response. If you are looking for his office he refuses to give the suite number that he is in and no one will come to greet you either. I am determined to make sure that he cannot do this to someone else, I have to start over from the beginning and come up with another retainer for a different lawyer. So disappointed.

He does the bare minimum. No returned calls/emails, nothing. He was working something for my husband and then completely left him in the dark. Highly recommend finding someone else.
