Lisa did a great job in Mediating a positive outcome. She was direct, fair, and communicated expectations clearly for both parties. If you are looking for someone who is a true professional I recommend her office. Lisa was also very responsive and diligent in ensuring all paperwork was complete and agreed upon what I was most impressed with was her ability to breakdown any complexities in an understandable manner.
