I am so appreciative for Mr. Surherland. My daughter was in an accident in Ga But was attending her freshman year at TSU in TN. Remind you we did not know any one. He was referred to us and I trusted him with my daughter. He checked up on her also made sure I was in the loop of everything that was going on. Even though she was 18 yrs old. As a mom I was so happy. When I tell you I never spoke to anyone other than himself. If he couldn’t answer he would call Me right back the same day. So professional. Not once did he give me the run round at all. Very respectful. When it was time to settle the case, he didn’t just settle for what the other insurance company was offering. He kept fighting for more money on the settlement amount and to my surprise he got a higher amount. Now this is attorney that is working for his clients. I give him a 10 star.
