If you are looking for an attorney to represent you for Social Security Disability, Myers Massengill II would be an excellent choice. My case had complications because I did not seek legal advice first. Believe me, you need legal advice BEFORE filing your application. Myers and his assistant, Pam, walked me through each phase, each denial, gave me encouragement and stuck with me for a successful ending to my case. No one wants to be in a situation of either having to sue someone or being sued for any reason. However, when such a situation arises, it is crucial to have the representation that will serve your best interests. In January 2012, Mr. Dan Coughlin became my attorney, and he helped me to recover a fair amount of money that had been lost to a dishonest, greedy, unscrupulous acquaintance. It took three years to get any semblance of justice in this situation, but we finally got the matter settled. In the end, his bill was almost equal to what I got back from the scoundrel, but he told me that his firm's policy is that they never take more money on a case than what their client gets. As such, he offered to split the settlement with his firm receiving 1/3 of the money, giving me 2/3 of it. After what all I had been through with this person, the generosity and kindness of Mr. Coughlin, his partners and staff were a much needed relief. I would recommend him highly in any kind of legal matter. He and his firm are A+.

Hiring Carter Massengill to represent me in both a divorce process and to bring an action of contempt of court against another party, was one of my better decisions.
