Worst attorney ever!! Massengil pushed me into taking a plea bargain when I was not guilty. I was acting in self defense and had hospital records to prove it and even the supposed victim stood up in court and admitted to hitting me and that he was a alcoholic. There was a restraining order against him and massengil advised me to contact him and get him to show for court to drop charges. But this caused more issues and if he hadn't shown like he planned then charges would have been dropped. I suggest you don't use massengil whatever you do!!! Spend a little more on an attorney with some sense. By the way this was the younger massengil. And FYI his wife is a da at blountville. And he is good friends with the da in Bristol as well. They would laugh and chit chat almost the whole time we were there.
