The best lawyers in town in my opinion. They are all willing to go out of their way to take of their clients. My family has used the firm for all our legal needs for car accidents to workers comp claims and I have recommended them to many of my friends. We use Jimmy Rogers as our attorney to fight for justice for our union members. He is very professional and works very hard to get us the best decision he can. He is who I would want in my corner if I was fired unjustly.

Brian gave me hope when my options appeared limited and a satisfactory outcome was remote. Not only was he straightforward about the facts, his calm and empathetic demeanor was somewhat comforting given the situation. He is very knowledgeable, professional and confident in the field law. He was accessible and all our communications were via phone or in person. He always returned my phone calls!
He will absolutely work harder than anyone in your corner to give you the best chance possible! 10/10 best attorney.

Mr. Rufolo treated me with utmost respect and care. I personally would never go to another firm but to Summers, Rufolo & Rodgers. Every conversation and consultation was professional and heart felt. I truly felt they had my best interest in heart and I could trust them. Mr. Rufolo worked hard for me to resolve all the issues I was going through and it ended all very positively because of his legal expertise and skills of negotiation. I posted an earlier review about Summers, Rufolo & Rodgers. That review was based on an employee at that time. Since then, I have spoken with Mr. Summers personally. He too was misled by said employee. Upon learning this, I am revising my review. Please disregard my earlier review. Mr Summers is a genuinely caring and intelligent individual. I do recommend him and his firm and would use them in the future.
