On August 2018 I was notified by my union that I was going to have my disability pension cut drastically. After pleading with my union and many sleepless nights I decided it was time to find the very best disability law firm To represent me and possibly other disabled members of my union. Eric Buchanan and Associates came very highly recommended. They assured me that if my union backed down that I would not owe them a thing. Hudson Ellis, Dacey Cockrill and the rest of his team went to work. When this fantastic team got involved my union resended. Maybe it was out of the kindness of their heart or the best disability law firm getting involved in my case but either way Eric Buchanan and associates kept their word and did not charge me a dime. The integrity, knowledge and professionalism of Eric Buchanan and associates is second to none!! Eric Buchanan and Associates recently handled a disability case for me. From my first meeting, I found Eric to be extremely knowledgeable, quite personable and down to earth. This also extended to every member of his Staff that I interacted with (Barb, Molina and Chandler). My phone calls and e-mails were always returned promptly. I thought the job of a attorney or lawyer was to help people. To listen to a persons legal problem and give legal advice on how laws apply to your case but all this office cared about my case and told to my face was that there was not enough money to be made off of it. Definitely would not recommend due to the lack of professionalism shown.
