These clowns are a JOKE! I was in an accident in January, I quickly realized the insurance company was not going to help me. I started looking for a lawyer. Who else to hire than the ones on almost every bus in chattanooga, and four out of five commercials on tv. To me it seems they just want to be seen, but have no intetions of being heard! Exactly a week later I met with one of their attorneys. I brought to him the police report which plainly stated the other party was at fault, the driver was negligent because they where informed about a major mechanical issue and opted not to fix it, but yet drove the vehicle anyway. First off they allowed the insurance company to wait 2 months before they claimed responsibility. Meanwhile I had to drive a car that was eventually totaled out. They would not even press the insurance company to provide me a rental car. They told me to pay for it out of pocket and we'ed try to get it back. I left 2 messages asking them to speak to someone on my behalf back in april, they wouldn't. I then left a message to call me and explain their refusal. I am still waiting on that call. Now I wait until 6 months to the day I hired them with no updates, no calls to see my condition, or to see how this accident has affected me. And I place a call to have them call me. No response. Wait a few days and call again. When the operator wanted to send me to voicemail I demanded I speak to someone in person. I got the paralegal. She denied knowing anything about my request and promised she would call me back today with details. Guess what....no call.
