I was rear-ended last winter. The person at fault's insurance tried to screw me over in more or less words. I contacted Warren & Griffin when I realized what was going on. It was a long, strenuous waiting period and a lot of back and forth (due to the other person's insurance). Nothing that John McCown and his wonderful assistant, Janice M. Poole, couldn't handle! I had a great experience working with Ms. Janice personally! Whenever somebody asks me about attorneys I always tell them about my experience. If I ever need one again (hopefully won't) I'll give them a call!! Thank you again!! I never could've gotten the results I did without y'all! :)

After 3 years of using this firm for my disability claim and my final denial I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and being passed around to different paralegals. Sabrina is the best yet when I got past a certain point she had to pass me along. I was promised a weekly update which I never received. I met with my assigned attorney 30 minutes prior to my hearing with the judge which went extremely well as the attorney stated. After again waiting another 3+ months for the judges final decision yet again another denial. Appealed that decision and denied again. I am now released from them because I will not start over again with this firm. My assigned attorney tells me the SSDI got it wrong and I only wonder why, what could they have done better for me??? Sorry I put my faith in them. They will respond to reviews if given a 5 star but won’t if given less than.
