If I could give 0 stars, I would. My first time ever having to hire an attorney and it left me weary of ever dealing with an attorney again. It started off with a lie from Mr. Griffin, he told me he would take my case personally. I get to the office a few days before having to have surgery and find out that Scott Wesson would be my attorney. Met with Linda, she seemed nice but I came to learn that she is just as lax as her job as Scott was. Scott came into the room smelling like he had been at the bar drinking all night long. Should have been a red enough flag for me to turn and run for the door but unfortunately I didn't. Neither Scott or Linda ever returned any of my emails. I think I spoke with Scott maybe twice during the whole time (over a year), Linda maybe returned 2 or 3 of my calls. By the time it finally hit court COVID had struck. Even the judge made a comment on how Scott was acting on the phone. She asked if he was ok and asked if he needed a moment because he didn't seem to be aware or knowledgeable about my case. I was also told that I would at least walk out with $20k, after his cut (lawyer fees). I barely cleared $5k. I am patently partially disabled from the accident and I'm constant pain. Worst experience ofy life
