When I went to Ms. Bice I was in pieces.... so afraid of what I was facing in my divorce/custody issue. The worst thing I could think of was losing my kids. It wasn't long and I realized everything was going to be okay. She and her staff were wonderful and made me feel like everything would work out, keeping me informed every step of the way. When it was all said and done I was pleased with how well things turned out and I ended up with everything I had asked for - but most importantly I got the time with my kids that I needed and wanted :)

The consultation will go great. You will leave feeling relieved. When you finally talk to her again, everything has changed. She will do a 180 on you. Great salesmanship, she sales herself well. Be prepared to be hung out to dry! This "attorney" is interested in selling your home so she and the opposing attorney can partner up to snag their fees from your equity checks.

I had an excellent experience with CIndy as my attorney. Divorce is a such an emotional process and Cindy's experience, knowledge and determination provided a firm foundation during a shaky time. She protected my interests and represented my wishes very professionally. I found her costs to be reasonable and her availability way above the norm. She was a true "counselor" in every sense of the word and I couldn't recommend her more highly. The attorney who recommended me to her did me a favor.

I was represented by Ms. Bice in a divorce and child custody matter. I was concerned when I first went to her because my husband had told me if I filed for divorce, he would take our children. It took longer than I expected but after I dealt with my husband's attorney, I realized why. She was the best in court of anyone I have ever seen. I was initially concerned since my husband's attorney filed so many papers, but when we went to court, I found they meant nothing. I walked away with more than I had told her I wanted in the beginning, including my children and enough money to support them.

Cindy knew what she was talking about. She was quick to handle any problems that came up in my divorce. She wasn't buddies with the opposing attorney like some attorneys I've dealt with. The advice she gave me was great even when I didn't think so at the time. Reasonable fees. When it came time to go to court, she did an awesome job winning my case!
