Hired this firm to retrieve property confiscated by law enforcement. It was against odds, but they prevailed for me.

The firm, and Kellan Potts in particular, was very professional and attentive to my case. Communications on the status of my case were frequent, complete, and relatable. Mr. Potts was always available for questions and e-mails were answered promptly. I would highly recommend Mr Potts and his firm.

Absolute scam artists!!! All the reviews about paying for absolutely nothing!!! TRUE so TRUE!!! Stay far away.

Stay away from this firm! I hired them because my ex was trying to keep my son from me and all they have done is ask for more and more money and have did NOTHING. I have been passed to 3 different lawyers and each time the new lawyer wanted more money and was clueless about what was going on! Ever time we would go to court it was like a deer in the headlights because my lawyer was lost and my exes lawyer just chewed me up. These are the worst group of lawyers I’ve ever seen and now after 7 grand for nothing I’m at the final hearing and they just want more money to continue but they won’t get another time from me . Stay far away from this firm or you will lose!!!

Do Not hire!! After paying over $6000 on trying to come up with a new parenting plan, we never even got to mediation. I have nothing to so for it but alot of emails saying nothing that cost me $45 a piece. It was so bad I could no longer afford to pursue my case and had to settle with my ex and she gets the kids. After telling them i no longer need there services they are continuing to charge me saying they need permission from the judge to be off the case. That's another $350. If you hire this firm, you are giving them a blank check and access to your bank account to take whatever they want. SCAM ARTIST! You've been warned!

I was not personally a client, however my husband is/was. His experience has been horrible. They initially charged him 100.00 consultation fee, then proceeded to tell him he has to put 1000.00 into this "trust account" saying it is for when there is a balance due and not paid in 30 days then they will take from that account. He has been dealing with these people for almost 5 mos, (a simple case might I add) and has already paid out over 3000.00. They failed to tell him in the initial consultation that they charge him for every phone call, text message, email, mail, etc going either way, (from them to him or him to them)...this is a case where the ex wife is asking for child support on their almost 17 year old son when there was never a child support ordered back in 2003 and wanting back child support as well. Since they have taken and taken and taken all that they can it has put our family in a financial bind and he couldn't pay any more so they dropped his case and charged him 56.00 to do that, then took another almost 100.00 out of his account and today took another almost 80.00 out for what they say is payment for reviewing his w2s they request. This law firm is absolutely absurd and should have law suits filed against them for falsely advertising to help fathers with their rights but just ultimately leave them end up struggling to provide for themselves and their family. If anyone reads this review first STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE EVEYTHING YOU OWN we could have just given the said child the money wasted on them and it would've saved us so much loss and headaches.

I am a bit dismayed that my husband has not been able to get a consultation set up with this firm. You called him once, but never called back. He is a 3 toured combat veteran that has sole and exclusive custody of his son and the mother is dodging child support. We heard this firm helped veterans, but apparently not the case. He could not even get an appointment to discuss his case.
