My personal injury case was complex and the treatment, recovery and legal issues took over five years to resolve. Mr. Rufolo and his staff exhibited great patience and personal consideration towards me during this entire process. A new law, relating to Workman's Compensation guidelines in Tennessee, had gone into effect just days prior to my accident. Even though, the settlement Mr. Rufolo was able to negotiate on my behalf was more than I dared to expect. In fact, I do not believe a better settlement could not be attained.
