Mr. Olsen has a particularly adept skill set of communicating complicated and ever-changing immigration law in a way you would expect from Sheriff Andy Taylor on the Andy Griffith Show. I sleep well at night knowing Mr. Olsen and his team had our best interests at heart. His has the heart of a teacher. Our Company used Olsen Law firm to help us hire a gentleman from Korea and establish permanent residency for him and his family. I must thank my lucky stars that I was referred to Terrence Olsen and his staff. My case was a particularly difficult one, and required an appeal against a J-1 two-year home residency clause. Terry professionally spotted a legal pretext to file for a State Department advisory opinion that the waiver was not needed. The State Department upheld his opinion, and thus Terry saved me from going through the sticky and lengthy process of attempting a waiver. In my view, he's the best immigration lawyer around! You hire him, you got yourself a winner!
