Mr. Ben McGowan is a compassionate and effective lawyer. During my initial meeting with him, my impression was that he is an extremely good listener and that he cared. I have nothing but good things to say about Benjamin McGowan. I hope to never need an attorney again but if I do he’s the man for the job. I’ve long suffered with depression and bipolar which led me down the wrong path. I had consulted with a few lawyers and I have to say most of them were money hungry and scared me more than reassured me, as soon as I spoke with him on the phone I knew he was the guy after our consultation I felt even better, Ben is a down to earth straight shooter but also a compassionate person. I was seriously terrified of the possible outcome without him I don’t know I would have made it these past 8 months. Ben went above and beyond my expectations, he does what he says he’s going to do he also put faith in me and helped save me from myself. I really feel as if he’s a one in a million type person…we hit a little speed bump on the way to getting my charges dismissed but, Ben didn’t give up or out. He went to bat for me again and now I can have a fresh start he even expedited my expungement. Thank you so much Mr. McGowan he’s the kinda of lawyer who restores your faith in humanity and all the people at this firm seem very nice. Ultra fast with electric pace resolution of my legal trouble. Mr. Ben McGowen made it very simple. My trouble was resolved in less than 36 hours, never heard off or thought of such rapid resolution of any legal problem in the system which works on snail pace. I highly recommend this legal firm.
