I hired Mr. O'Shaughnessy to help with a domestic case. I was defending myself against my husband but because my husband had marks, I was arrested. I have never had anything on my record. I was terrified. My divorce attorney recommended Mr. O'Shaughnessy. He was very knowledgeable of the law, explained everything about my case to make sure I completely understood the details, and was very respectful to me. He worked hard for me and the charges were dropped. I highly recommend Brian O'Shaughnessy to anyone.

I had never had to use a lawyer before and was apprehensive but Brian and his staff were excellent. I live in California and own property in Chattanooga. My tenant refused to pay and refused to move. Let Brian O'Shaughnessy take care of your legal problems! Nobody wants to deal with lawyers for any reason, but if you have to - pick a good one. Brian is awesome to work with, his practice has been established in Chattanooga for over a decade and he knows people. I am not willing to discuss details of my case in a review, but I can't imagine it handled any better than how Brian's legal team did. As a side note, Brian's services are not cheap, but you'll get what you pay for. Cheap lawyer to me is sort of like cheap insurance - you don't need it until you need it but if you do... Recommended highly!!!

Mr. Brian O' Shaughnessy is the greatest lawyer ever. He is well focused to every detail of your case. He is right on point and handles your case with the upmost care and performance. As most of you looking at this probably have, I found myself in a pinch. I was charged with something that I wasn't guilty of. I was worried about what this would do to my family, work, etc. I contacted Brian and found him to be very helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. Brian was able to get a deferment and it has been expunged from my record. I got minimum community service as well. Very happy and should I ever be in need of a lawyer again I will be going to Brian.
