The entire office was extremely friendly! They patiently answered any questions I had and thoroughly explained my options and the process.

If I had to sum it up in one word it would be "convenience"! The free parking just a a very short walk; to give an idea my guide because I am blind who has back issues was able to walk the distance with no problem at the most two minutes less than a block. The location is easy to find also. All of the staff were friendly and understanding; my case worker answered all of the questions I had and I felt confident that if neeed she would put me in touch with the attorney Eron Epsteine who was also very understanding and willing to answer any question I had; however, my case worker was the only one I needed to talk with after my initial consultation. Her response to my emails were faster than I had expected and always professional.
