Was confident going in with my situation, but my case manager made a mistake on my income and went from having to pay $250 every two weeks to paying $450 every two weeks. Found this out at court. Was obviously disappointed - I had been to court 3 times to find this out. Add that follow up support after the fact is lacking. He’s paid well - just need him and his staff to do the job right.
I want my money back!
