The level of service and support this office provides is superb/excellent. The communications between the office and client is the best of any attorney's office that I have ever had to deal with. Went to Epstein office for a second opinion about my case. After realizing the first attorney I hired did not know what she was doing. The office staff is the best and answers questions quickly. I wish I would have begun this journey with Epstein office. I highly recommend this office for your legal matters.

For those who are worried about the stress of the bill collectors calling day and night, Call Mr. Epstein. After meeting him and as soon as the filed my petition for bankruptcy, 3 days later the phone calls stopped. I want to thank Mr. Epstein for the friendly staff and professionalism. Like he says, get some sleep! I highly recommend him. Thanks!

I based my decision to use Mr. Epstein on the Google reviews posted here. I noticed a handful of comments from clients they were disregarded and not followed up with on issues that developed throughout their cases. I chalked them up to nothing based on the seemingly overwhelming positives reviews from most of the other clients. However, I soon learned there is more to those comments than stated. I also ran into multiple issues that I could not get returned calls or email from the staff. I also had an issue with the initial paperwork. The income was incorrect and resulted in a continuance to the following month. This may not seem like a big issue but it cost me another months payment waiting on confirmation. After the case was affirmed, I continued to get collection calls from a creditor I listed in emails to the firm. I tried calling in and was told Mr. Epstein was busy with other clients. I asked the receptionist what she thought I was? Only after I informed her that I was on the way down there to address this, did Mr. Epstein call me back. I emailed Amanda several times about that creditor and the issues with the account showing up negative on my credit report now because it showed I went default on it. I never received 1 response from her or any follow up from the office about the missed account they should have included in the bankruptcy. In my opinion, they are running too many clients through at such a rate they are missing vital points with cases. There is no follow up or addressing of issues once a client brings an issue to light. During my "one on one" with the paperwork signing Mr.Epstein took multiple calls that interrupted or putting together of the case and paperwork. I believe if I had the uninterrupted time any client should have had initially, mistakes would not have been made. I would recommend that you look elsewhere and chose a firm that not only will do the right thing at intake but also throughout the course of your case if you need them. I was given instructions and contact information to the people to contact during and after my case is affirmed in court. However, that paper in my opinion was worthless and meaningless based on the inaction of this firm. I recommend shopping around and thoroughly reading and understand all the reviews and what they might mean to your case.

We was treated poorly we was paying more money they claimed we wasn't paying our house payment which we was they refused to talk to us we had a policy that last 3 years they made us stay on it 5 years,we paid 82 We end up losing our home the bank kept our money what Epstein stole they told us not to make a payment because they was investigating which we waited they had sold our home.
