Deciding to declare bankruptcy 10 years ago was not a decision that we entered into hastily, there was really no way around it. The next thing was to decide what bankruptcy attorney to hire. I asked around and we were pointed in the direction of Mr. Epstein. Drowning in debt is stressful enough without the knowledge and stigma of bankruptcy. We were met with zero judgment and 100% understanding. This was our experience 10 years ago, I wouldn't want to go through it again but, Mr. Epstein made it easier. Today, I needed Mr. Epstein to handle a minor issue from 10 years ago and he did so very effectively, he picked up the phone and called me personally and handled the issue himself. I'm a raving fan! I would recommend Mr. Epstein to anyone needing bankruptcy assistance.

We had a good experience to start with, but the follow thru sucks, after 3 years we got approved for loan,but our "counselor" would NEVER call us back, so needless to say becareful with the follow thru, cuz its not happening!!

I have family members using this lawyer and you can NEVER GET AN ANSWER!!! You can leave message after message and nobody ever calls you back and when you have bill collectors breathing down your neck it’s stressful, you are being paid

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Mr. Epstein for the service provided. Beginning with my free consultation he gave me excellent advice. I came to his office thinking I would need to file Chapter 13 but he did not want that for me if at all possible (I’m 67 years old) so he filed the Chapter 7. I was so stressed that I was actually physically ill. Mr. Epstein told me more than once to just be honest and I had nothing to worry about. I disclosed all to the trustee and he was right! My discharge came and now I am ready to move on with my life. I have been registered for a credit rebuilding course offered by him which I plan to take.
