In February, I slipped and fell hard at a local Chattanooga hospital. This was through no fault of my own. They brought me to the Emergency Room with a badly twisted knee. I had follow up appointments and physical therapy. The hospital denied responsibility and passed it on to a business they contract with to provide services to the said hospital. After waiting for the hospital’s investigation, and then having it sent to the Contractor’s legal team, getting a pack of forms to fill out, etc, my husband and I decided to call Best and Brock. We talked to Zack. He was extremely helpful and patient as the situation was explained to him. He asked the pertinent questions and I was able to send him the info from the Contractor’s legal team. He kept me updated on everything as it moved forward in litigation. I was happy and surprised at the ease of the whole procedure and the results of my settlement. Zack and his staff were very efficient and since I have health “share” medical insurance I felt the correct people paid for this accident that was caused by their negligence. My settlement more than covered my medical bills and we have saved some for any future issues that my knee might experience. I highly recommend Zack and the firm Best and Brock if you require legal help!

The case was pretty straight forward. Matt and his team were great and even gave me a good deal for the service. Honestly what I paid for was a peace of mind which has value beyond the dollar.
