Garth got me out of a real jam that could have proven to be life altering. Rather than spending a significant amount of the next decade behind bars, all that I have to deal with is the embarrassment of arrest and prosecution along with the attorney fees I had to pay. With that said, the fees were not bad. I shopped it around town. Garth might not have been the cheapest, but I didn't want to get caught walking into a court with some of his cheaper competition. Awesome service. I went to Mr. Brock with a laundry list of issues, he without hesitation jumped in head first at my counseltation. So I had to retain him. Friends from work and I went out for some cocktails. Even though I’d already gone through the shame of a 1st DUI, I can’t explain why I decided to shake it on home in my car instead of simply calling an Uber. I was taken to jail a week before Christmas. I spent 5 days in Silverdale. When I was released, I was put on a Scram Bracelet. I was devastated. My job was kind enough to keep me. So then came the wait. I poured over these reviews whenever I decided (late) that I must hire an attorney made of magic to get me out this dumb situation I had put myself in. This is my life and I thought it a bargain to have the opportunity to negotiate the terms instead of just eating the punishment. I worried and worried. Showed up to court early and dressed well. 2nd dui plead down to a first with 3.5 days of jail (down from 45), a year of suspended license, the fine was greatly reduced and I was able to switch from the Scram Bracelet to a handheld and discrete breath monitor. I studied every review and hoped to be able to leave such a joyful proclamation as well. Matt Brock and Garth Best are unreal great.
