Stevie is the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I was in a complicated fender bender and she helped me clear it up before the Courts had to get involved. Stevie handled my case brilliantly! She did a wonderful job explaining the legal proceedings and giving me advice on how to prepare before trial. If you’re going to spend money on a defense attorney, you can do no better than Stevie Phillips. When I brought my case to Stevie Phillips, I was not in a good position and the outcome seemed to be a foregone conclusion and not in my favor. That said, Stevie saw a possible positive outcome but stated clearly from the onset that it would be difficult and would take some time. Ultimately she pulled it off and the case reached a very satisfactory conclusion. From a practical point of view, she promptly answered my calls, texts and emails. Ms. Phillips, an attorney with Davis and Hoss represented my son who had some very serious charges because of his association with a known criminal. Ms. Phillips quickly understood the situation and although she has only been practicing law for a little over 7 years, she went to work collaborating with the prosecution and the arresting officer with a maturity of a seasoned attorney. The case she put together was sound and solid and along with her interpersonal skills she was able to convince the prosecution team that these charges were not associated with my son and the prosecution team agreed and dropped all the charges. Because of the seriousness of the charges, having all them dropped is almost unheard of in cases like this and can be attributed directly to her skills and abilities as an attorney. During the entire process she was very professional and respectful, providing the confidence that she always had our best interest in mind. In addition, she is backed by a team of attorneys with Davis and Hoss and if I ever need an attorney in the future, she would be the only choice for me in this city. I can see why she was a candidate for a judgeship.

I will start by saying that Stevie saved my life/future. I was charged with several serious offenses including possession of heroin and a firearm with intent to go armed. From the beginning Mrs. Phillips handled my case very professionally and was very personal, understanding how this could affect my life. Let me tell you, she worked hard and stayed on the case. Developed great relationships with the courts and police involved. Decisions were never rushed nor made without careful thought and consideration of what was in my best interest. It took a few visits to court, but ultimately it paid off. Stevie worked her magic, did the right things, and what I thought was impossible.... she was able to have ALL CHARGES DISMISSED! Here I was facing possible jailtime, a felonious record, and a scar on my life. Bottom line, if you get a chance to hire her, you can't go wrong.
