I had a divorce and custody case. I hired him, and when we went to the hearing he did not represent me like he should have. My ex was on stand and perjured himself, and I told him to object and he just put his hand in my face, telling me to stop. He did that more times. My ex was alienating my oldest and I had proof of that. Nothing was ever shown, or even brought up to judge. He also lied to me about other things. He has no backbone. I would never recommend him ever. I am trying to do what I can about this legally. He failed me and my 3 kids terribly. Update: I have take this to the Board of Professions and have started a case. I have heard there is more complaints against Charles Wheland. I urge you to file your complaint with the Board of Professions.

Tessa Creighton represented me in my child support and custody case. She was very professional and helped me through the whole process. Mrs. Creighton was able to obtain child support and setup a parenting plan that I agreed with. She went way above and beyond my expectations in court. I am very grateful for her and I highly recommend her for anyone going through the difficult challenges of family court. Mrs. Creighton will be my only choice for an attorney if I ever I need another one.
