My brother was targeted by a fraudulent woman from Eastern Europe who filed false abuse charges against him. These charges were in retaliation for filing for divorce and as a strategy to fast track her immigration status. After he endured over a year of psychological and emotional abuse by this woman, she used the courts as her playground to continue to abuse my brother. As the victim of false allegations, it was difficult to not be emotional and angry about the situation. Janie was highly skilled at analyzing what was a very emotional and traumatic event and calmly and rationally developed a custom strategy for his defense. Janie and Blair waded through the overwhelming evidence of innocence and expertly assembled “The Binder of Truth.” Ultimately, this woman's lies and immigration status motive were revealed and my brother was completely cleared of all the charges. I retained Brian Hoss in July of 2016 for a criminal misdemeanor case that drug on for over 2 1/2 years. Today, December 3rd, 2018,the judge returned a verdict of not guilty case dismissed. Mr Hoss and his staff have been phenomenal and understanding thru all the calendar calls, the DA trying to get me to confess to something I didn't do,etc. If I ever need an attorney for anything again, even if it was jaywalking, they would be who I would call!

I called to confirm an appointment only to find out the office hadn't written all of the names provided to them down for the appointment. We were also told the wrong time to come in. The women who answered the phone today was exceptionally rude and very unwilling to help. After that conversation there is no way I would be willing to make another appointment. If you have someone like that answering your phone/ working for your company. I wouldn't want to find out what kind of person/company you are. How hard is it to be polite over the phone? I hope the woman who answers the calls for this office finds a new job because answering phones is not her specialty in life. A part of me wanted to call back to find out her name but the other part of me didn't want to be objected to being treated so rudely again.
