Darren Kennedy at Resolutions is the best! He has been my go-to lawyer for over 5 years, assisting me (a realtor) with any questions regarding contract issues, contract language for special situations, title issues, boundary lines in question etc etc. I have also referred many of my clients to him for real estate related issues as well, and I’m grateful to have a trusted source to send them to and know they’ll be treated well. He has also assisted me with my rental business (setting up an LLC, rental questions, liability questions/protections, etc). I truly don’t think there is a more understanding and capable lawyer around! Highly recommend!

I was advised by my realtor to consult with Atty Darren Kennedy after my ex-husband cunningly cheated me out of over $10,000 @ the closing of our house.. I was frantic over my apparent helplessness with the situation after pleas to my ex resulted in mere scorn. Well, Attorney Kennedy assessed that the sessions court would be sympathetic to my case and took me on. For 250 dollars, he wrote a letter to my ex and to Equi-Title in Cleveland, TN that quickly resulted in my ex-husband writing out a check for the $10,000, no court necessary. While Atty's actions were painless for me, my ex-husband seemed a bit shaken when he got the letter. All I know is that for a mere $250, Atty Kennedy got my rightful $10,000 back to me quickly, with no dramatics, just great legal judgement. I would use him again for any related problem, he is low-key but does what he says he will and has excellent ability to let you know exactly what should happen legally. Thank-you!
