We are ever so grateful for the legal advice from Darren Kennedy! It was certainly a godsend from a someone who actually seems to care for his clients.

I was severely stressed regarding my house situation to the point wherein I could lose it had I not gotten a legal support. Attorney Kennedy was God-sent to get my house back in due time. That was a great relief. I did not know him, but a friend knows him and recommended him to me. He was also recommended by the Court House as the “best in town.” I knew he was so busy with many legal cases worse than mine, but he spared some of his precious time to defend me to get my house back. Darren Kennedy at Resolutions is the best! He has been my go-to lawyer for over 5 years, assisting me (a realtor) with any questions regarding contract issues, contract language for special situations, title issues, boundary lines in question etc etc. I have also referred many of my clients to him for real estate related issues as well, and I’m grateful to have a trusted source to send them to and know they’ll be treated well. He has also assisted me with my rental business (setting up an LLC, rental questions, liability questions/protections, etc). I truly don’t think there is a more understanding and capable lawyer around! Highly recommend!
