This guy is not a good lawyer. Leaves loose ends and doesn't have the backbone to fight for you. Don't waste your money here.

We were desperately looking for an attorney to represent our 17 years old son for criminal defence case by the school system (principal).When we contacted Mr Yates office, the secretary was very personable and friendly and made sure that we would get a call back from someone. Unlike other offices, where the front desk people are very rude and asked us about the court date and would say that we are busy or no call back. Mr. Yates and his office provided us excellent customer service. Mr Yates expertly fought our case and suggested to go with pretrial and our son ended up doing minimum community service hours and his name stayed clear. Without his representation, out son would have been arrested for something he didn't commit, and his future would have been ruined. Mr. Yates and his team were very thorough and down to earth. They immediately made the connection with their clients and I will say that If I ever had to contact any attorney in future, I will contact Mr.Yates without any hesitation.

I lost a bunch of money in 2009. I tried to open up a halfway house but it failed. I had squatters living on my rental property. No one wanted to pay rent. I lost a lot of friends. I felt like I couldn't afford to hang out with them. In 2012, I was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. One of my friends left his paraphernalia in the back of my truck. The prosecutor bump it up to a possession charge. I was in a lot of trouble but thanks to Mr I got off withwith felony probation. Thanks, Allen! God bless you, brother.

Mr. Allen was awesome! He was very professional and helpful. To start off my review I just want to let everyone know that this man saved my life, just when I thought there was no hope left and my life was over, my husband hired Mr Yates to defend me. My family and I were overwhelmed at first not knowing anything about the court system ( having never been in trouble of course!) and Mr Yates helped us ease into what we were facing and what was to come. We took them on head on and Won! Mr Yates proved my innocence and brought freedom back to me and peace of mind to my family. Me and my fiancé live in Ohio. We were in a tough situation dealing with a driving under suspension from years ago. Georgia was going to extradite him, after he was released from the county jail here. I hired Allen Yates to handle his case, between himself & Mary Nettles, they were wonderful.
