Let me cut to the chase: Forrest and Robin were WONDERFUL and helped me win my case!!!! They were absolute lifesavers as I already felt defeated, hopeless, and depressed going through the initial phase of the SSDI process. Working with the Jackson Law Firm restored my faith, sanity, and Forrest was absolutely BRILLIANT during my ALJ hearing. I had a consultation with him and told him my story and what I’ve tried, what work I’ve done, how long I’ve been sick and what conditions I have. Mr. Jackson was very confident from day 1 that he would be able to secure a victory in my case - he didn’t sugarcoat it though. It would take time, hard work and my cooperation with records and information, for me to keep going to all my doctor’s appointments and keep him well up-to-date. I gave my full trust and trusted in the process. Mr. Jackson and his staff kept me up-to-date on every step that came forward, helped me communicate with social security, submitted paperwork on my behalf (where applicable & appropriate or gave me advice if I needed it). The disability process takes time. Mr. Jackson let me know that almost everyone gets denied during their first submission and that happened in my case - I was actually denied twice by letter. Then it went to the hearing process in person with a judge and Mr. Jackson was right there with me every step of the way - I was never alone. That gave me so much peace because I get scared and anxious. I was glad he was in my corner. I had to answer some questions but for the most part, Mr. Jackson handled the judge’s questions. The judge ruled in my favor that day and case was finally won! Mr. Jackson talked to both me and my family (they were allowed to be called in as potential witnesses for the hearing beforehand) both before the hearing started but also after the hearing to answer any and all questions. He really is a kind and remarkable lawyer. He and his staff have never left me hanging or a question unanswered. Any time, both before the case was complete and after, he and his staff have continued to take my phone calls and text messages in a timely manner.
