Communication was the major issue felt like I was fighting my case alone. Waited 3 months for the attorney to get my medical records and they could not. I received all of the paperwork in 4 days after just a few phone calls. No updates on my case until I started making complaints and for the amount of money I was awarded I could have settled the case on my own. Wouldn’t refer them to anyone felt unsatisfied about the entire experience.
