I was very pleased with the law firm. This was my first experience with dealing with a lawsuit and I wasn't sure what to expect. Billie was awesome, she and Jay make a great team. She kept me up to date on everything going on thru the whole process. She was always quick to reply to any messages I sent, and she would give me detailed updates periodically. Then Jay was awesome on handling the insurance companies. I was fortunate that my situation wasn't as severe as some, but he was able to get me almost all I had asked for. I hope I am never in need of a lawyer again for any reason like this, no one wants to sustain injuries because of someone's neglect, but if I ever do, I will definetly be calling on Jay and Billie at McMahan Law Firm. I highly recommend them, good people.
