They basically sold on us the fact that they would be able to go after the insurance company and at least have all of our expenses covered and they couldn't even do that. Not only that, but on top of the lawyers fees they actually charge you separate line items for their "personal expenses." These folks are like most and just in it for the money for themselves. They don't care about helping the customer, instead they prey on the less fortunate.
