Bridge City Title made the home selling process so easy. As the sellers we had a lot less to do then the buyer, but they were prompt, quick and explained everything along the way!

I had a very bad experience with Bridge City Title. I met Vicki and the realtor on closing day. Even though there was still a problem with the title on the mobile home I felt like everyone was assuring me that it was in the process of being resolved within a couple months. I noticed there was something in the paperwork that I had concerns about but when I tried to ask questions I felt rushed. Vicki seemed like she was in too big of a hurry for my questions and irritated. Long story short over a year later all I have is a bill of sale and a deed to the land, since I bought a mobile home. It's my understanding that I paid insurance on the full sale price of the sale and yet part of that price included the mobile home, which they don't cover, as was written in the paperwork that I wasn't given time to read. At the very least seems like I shouldn't have had to pay as much in "insurance". When I called a lawyer he talked like he had heard a lot of complaints about them. It was my first closing. Now I know I will go anywhere but there if I have another closing.
