Bridge City Title was a wonderful experience. They were very helpful along the way and I look forward to using them again for any closings in the future.

Josh and his team go above & beyond to make sure property transfers cleanly. They are quick and professional in resolving legal snags like preparing last minute easements, first right of refusals, and managing last-minute zoning changes and property subdivision. They don’t mind waiting months on slow transactions yet are also capable of closing in a few days.

Our closing experience seemed smooth. Then we got our first property tax bill and saw unpaid taxes on the property from previous owners. A couple of calls later and I was assured by Bridge City Title "No problem, this is why you have Title Insurance! We will take care of it!" Then three months later I got another notice from the city that my house would be up for auction in 4 months if the debt wasn't settled. Several phone calls later and weeks more of waiting, the unpaid taxes were paid by the Title Insurance. So two stars for getting it done, but the wait, the untimely communication and failure to close the loop made for substandard service.
