I wouldn't recommend using this firm. If you choose to use them, here are some helpful tips... 1. Use email to remove the ability for (misunderstandings) the legal aide will say one thing via phone and another via email. Email can't change from one conversation to another. 2. Save your money for doctors. You will be paying out of pocket quite a bit, no matter what they tell you intially. 3. Do not ask questions or attempt to understand the legal process. All of this will be met with the 30 yrs of experience speech as if you are undermining them. 4. Meet with any other attorney before you sign with them. See what they tell you and can offer.
