Alan was my attorney in a divorce and child custody case. He was very knowledgeable about the law, and was very honest about all the possible ways the case could turn out. He sat down with me and we planned for every outcome, and what our next step would be. He was always available to talk with me, and he was very good with my family. If it wasn’t for Alan, my children would not have been protected, and I would not have had such a great outcome on my case. He really took the time to explain everything to me, and kept me and my children safe. Couldn’t ask for a better lawyer!

My daughter faced a terrible separation with the father of her three girls. Although they never married they had resided in tn for many years. When the relationship was desolving my daughters only choice for support was me, and I lived in nc! I was searching for an attorney for her because the father of her girls was pursuing custody and I knew this could not happen. Seen his online reviews like him but m6 daughter had no idea I was looking! Told her to please contact him, if she liked him I would retain him for her. She met him absolutely loved him, so I hired him! My daughter also did her homework and between Alan and my daughter they are pursuing a new drama free life in nc! Mr. Beard had some major cleaning up to do regarding my messy child custody case from 5 years ago. It's was a 50/50 shot at bringing my 10 year old son back to Nashville. Mr. Beard pulled some great tricks out of his hat. He had the father ready the day of court to take a urine test as well as a hair focal test. The nurse was standing by, ready to collect what we needed. The father and grandmother buckled. They gave me full custody. I can't say Thank you enough to Mr. Beard for thinking of all these great ideas, I'd never thought about doing a drug test on the day of Court. His brilliant mind as well as ideas saved my son's life. My son cried of the thought of having to live with his father and grandmother again. The grandmother is disabled and is dependent on serious pain pills and the father was arrested in the federal park in GA with a meth pipe, scales, baggies with traces of meth. You would think it's common sense for my son to live with his mother due to father not working since 2004, his car was repossessed, and grandmother doesn't own a vehicle. The Father's arrest records from Davidson County as well as Hamilton County are a mile long but they were given my son by a Chattanooga judge in 2013, under the circumstances they live together. No judge has personally checked to make sure this is actually being done. My son has been suffering since December 2015. He was manipulated, lied to, made to sit with disabled grandmother for days without going outside, while his father "ran errands." Mr. Beard saved his life. He is now a happy, healthy, active 10 year old boy. He's playing basketball, football, and ready to start baseball soon. Mr. Beard listened, prepared and brought my son back to Nashville on day 1 of court. I'll always be grateful for God placing Mr. Beard into my life. We are going to keep Mr. Beard in our prayers. Hiring Alan for my child custody/parenting plan modification has been the best decision in my case. I had hired another attorney, but she failed to meet my expectations and was too soft with case and lacked the experience in this field of child custody/family law all while spending a waste of time and money for nothing. Once I decided to look for another legal representation, I found Alan. Alan saw through her antics and even when I was so close to court, Alan rose to the occasion with confidence when others couldn't. All in all, Alan ended up revealing my exwifes petty ways and not only saved my time with my son, he also got me more days with my son. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. The lines of communication were always open, were always responsive to any inquiries or concerns I had, and they worked around the clock to prepare for my case on the short amount of time we had. If I could not give one star I would!!!!This attorney if that’s what you want to call him is HORRIBLE VERY RUDE AND DOESNT COMMUNICATE WITH HIS OWN CLIENTS!!!!!! Can’t even Win a Simple Child Support Case And Never follows up with ANYTHING!!! His So called ASSISTANTS sent me a Court order THREE WEEKS Before my Boyfriends Court date and NOBODY SHOWED UP TO HIS COURT DATE !!! NO EFFORT WAS PUT INTO THIS CASE!!! TWO MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND THEY HAVENT FILED TO DO ANYTHING...ANYTHING !!! I CALLED AND ASKS THIS GUY WHAT HAVE THEY DONE BESIDES LOSE ???? AND NO ANSWER WAS GIVEN HE JUST RESPONDED WELL WHAT DO WANT ME TO DO ??I LOST THE CASE BUT FOR $750 more I can TRY TO SEE IF CAN DO SOMETHING...THIS GUY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! MY BOYFRIEND GOT HIS OWN PURGE REDUCED FROM JAIL !!! SOMETHING I PAID THIS GUY TO DO !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! ITS REALLY ONE WHOLE STAR IM GIVING THIS GUY JUST A PORTION ..IF THAT ...WAS I SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE???????, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!! I was facing some serious charges and was very nervous about my future. Alan showed me from the start that he cared about my situation and earned my trust with his knowledge of the law. He was able to get my felony charges dropped down to just probation and a fine which allowed me to keep my job and not to be taken away from my family. I am truly grateful for his hard work.
