Knows what he's talking about

Everything was terrible after initial consult...he has been pd over 1k for attempting a divorce from my husband several times...when my husband contests it he goes way up on divorce that I cannot afford...over last several.attempts he has gotten a lot of my !!!and no results.hes incompetent . some other lawyers said he's a con man..i believe it....

My ex wife did drag me through the mud at first, abet that was no fault of my legal representation, but in the end he got the job done and got me a fairer deal then what her office proposed saving me thousands of dollars in the end.

I hired Alan Beard as my divorce attorney. I was referred to him by a friend who said "you don't want Alan on the other side of the table from you, he is that good." When I first called the office, I spoke to Alex, (Alan's OM/Asst) who was helpful and showed compassion for my situation. She took time to explain to me what I needed to do and she said to expect a call from Alan soon. Alan called me back within the hour. He listened to my situation and let me know that he would be able to help me. I had an appointment with him within the week and they had the case in motion right away. Alan used quite a bit of his personal time to answer my texts and questions. He is a down to earth guy and has a great sense of humor, I appreciated that during this stressful time. Alan and his staff are experienced and knowledgable in divorce. They were always available to speak to me when I called and they always answered my emails right away! I feel like I was represented well and was happy with the end results. Do not hesitate to hire Alan, he is the best!
