Alan Beard is a caring devoted professional and I have worked with him years ago and I will go to him for my legal matters.

Mr. Teeter represented me in a divorce filed by my ex-wife. I evaluate his performance as mixed with a low overall grade. In my experience, Mr. Teeter was cold, unsympathetic and uncaring; his primary concern was money. On the positive side, when we finally got to mediation in the divorce, he came through as professional, knowledgeable about the process and my case and kept me informed throughout the 4.5 hour mediation session. On the negative side, I liken Mr. Teeter to a ball lying on a pool table; he would move slowly, reluctantly and only after being propelled into action by me or the court. He was not aggressive and often not prepared when we'd confer. I never once shook Mr. Teeter's hand and the only person in the office with any human compassion was Anne. Mr. Teeter should retire soon. Dave

Extremely unprofessional. Receptionist was rude on the phone. Clearly my court case was not his #1 priority. It was very clear when he failed to show up to the last court session. May soon be investigated by the BBB due to wrongful and unfair contracts he expects all clientele to ask. Get a better lawyer.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hired Robert Meeks after speaking with him and he made it sound like he knew what he was doing and worked hard on all his cases. We had 3 court dates and EVERY COURT DATE he had his staff and me rushing around THE DAY of court to get documents and evidence for the hiring. We would have a month to prepare and he would have done nothing! Then I had to type out my own purposed parenting plan and send it back for them to charge me $50 to read over it and not change anything. Then held on to it for a month and try to play it off as they were waiting for me to give them the ok to send it to the other party. After the first court date and us (me and staff) rushing around, I talked with his paralegal at length about how unprofessional it was to be gathering documents the day of court. She insured me that it would never happen again it was an off day. After the 2nd time and they still had not sent the purposed plan I talked directly to Meeks and he tried gaslighting me stating “Ms. Eubank we won what else would of had me do that we didn’t.” Then I get the itemized bill (after asking for over 3 weeks and I owed them $1,400!!! I called bc I keep records of everything I do (email calls and time spent) on my case. They charged me for calls that never took place, work that I did and double for work they did TWICE! I called let them know I had an issue with the bill. The next thing I know he is filing to drop me as a client. 5 months and $3,000 later. During court he was cross examining and wasn’t making any sense. I was telling him to object to hearsay and going through our evidence to present it. He was unorganized unprofessional and a complete joke of an attorney. You’re better off to represent yourself.

Would not suggest this firm.Due to lack of professionalism.Attorney Meeks did not appear for the third court date after payment. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Alan is one of the best lawyers you could ask for. He has been extremely helpful in my case and I got exactly what I wanted and more. I couldn't recommend a better lawyer. I'll definitely come back to him if I ever need it!!!
