Most local attorneys are unable to provide efficient and effective counsel even fewer do so while exhibiting a genuine care for their clients. Mr Hargis was able to do all seemingly and is someone who I would recommend to family, friends and colleagues . If you want someone who genuine cares about case outcomes and has extensive judicial knowledge, he is your guy .

I had a little too much fun on a night out, resulting in 2 misdemeanor charges.

Been trying to find an attorney for nearly 10 months now. While Mr. Hargis was unable to handle my case he did something 30 other Tennessee attorneys were to proud or busy to do. My daughter went into a consultation broken and scared. After speaking with Kevin, she was confident and reassured that if needed she would have someone in her corner fighting for her. He was absolutely amazing at explaining the process of child custody to her and what her rights are as a single unwed mother. Thank you Kevin for giving my daughter relief from the fear she has been carrying for some time! I saw her finally smile and look confident after speaking with you..she was finally able to breathe!!
