Things started out well with this office a year ago when I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. My case wasn't easy, but it was handled well early on. One of the complications involved a meeting with the trustee in April 2023. But all was resolved during this one hour plus meeting, and my bankruptcy was discharged in May 2023. I also completed my payment to their office during that time. Since then, I have found out that my bankruptcy has never been closed. I have been in touch on and off during the past few months, and initially it didn't seem like they knew why it wasn't closed (blaming the Hamilton County office for being behind). Later it was discovered that it was to do with the trustee. But nothing has been done to make sure that end of the process was handled. I have been reassured multiple times that the law office has been staying on top of it, but I have no evidence of that. I am very disappointed to be sitting here over a year later and still don't have a CLOSED bankruptcy. They are blaming the trustee, but this law office is who I paid to handle all of this. I may revise this review in the future, but since the bankruptcy is still open, I cannot begin to properly recover my credit.
