I’ve never had to sue someone and when my grandmother suggested that I find an attorney, I was NERVOUS! However, the process was seamless! I was contacted immediately. My information was documented CORRECTLY! They understood what was happening and how the insurance company of the party at fault was trying to get over on me and what my losses were because of the accident. My attorney; Mr. Channing was prompt with returning my calls and updating me on my case. My paperwork was sent to me with a sense of urgency and I was able to have it signed and sent back with a quickness. I appreciate them more than they will ever know!
