This law firm is exceptional. Katie Reed, who primarily handled my case, was extremely detail-oriented. Whenever I had questions or concerns, communication was seamless via call or email. Makenzi Grinder, Katie Reed’s assistant, was outstanding and instrumental in managing much of the behind-the-scenes work. Despite the challenges with insurance adjusters and the insurance company, she guided me through the process effectively. Makenzi was always professional and approachable, ensuring that communication was consistently clear. If compensation reflects her contribution, it should be substantial. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone seeking legal assistance.

Excellent and understandable lawyers

I am honestly very dissatisfied with the way my settlement went from 2017 from a car accident of no fault of my own that left me with a lifelong injury. I was young at the time and had no help throughout my case and no guidance. Here we are 8 years later and I’m now paying out of pocket for expenses that should of been taken care of by my lawyer at the time. I did not even get compensated for my lifelong injury. Please read all paperwork and make sure who you choose will be very transparent about everything and always ask questions if you don’t understand. I wish I would of chose a different law firm at the time with more guidance. Now that I’m older and more understanding of the situation I was in, my lawyer screwed me but that doesn’t matter because as always, they got paid.

So far, so good. Hope it stays the same when case is over.
