Friendly and easy to talk to and helpful did what they said they would and more

My husband and I had a horrific motorcycle accident in june and I hired Morgan and his law firm to represent our family. While injured myself, I spent several months in ICU trauma with my husband while we didn’t know what would happen next. Morgan was absolutely the definition of “above and beyond”. He kept me informed every second, rearranged his schedule to work for mine when I was available and even made house visits when I couldn’t get my husband out of the home due to his immobility. The thought and care behind this law firm is like no other I’ve ever dealt with. Morgan was truly there every step of the way on our case, even just simple checkups on our family or awnsering every text when I had questions or didn’t understand something going on. Not once did he ever make me feel like I was a bother, he always got back to me immediately. I cannot thank Morgan and the firm enough for all they have done for our family, they truly felt like family by the end of this roller coaster we went through. Had legal issues called to retain an attorney an was turned away due to attorney availability. Receptionist was actually abit rude at the end of our conversation.. Business must be good

This is the legal team you want, and here's why... My legal experience was with Mr. Timothy Warren, an associate of Jeff Grimes, as well as the wonderful team of paralegals who were extremely helpful throughout the process. The whole thing was definitely worth more than what I paid. For the weeks leading up to the trial I was in rough shape. I didn't have the mental capacity to focus on my oncoming trial. I managed to keep up on my payments even though I was struggling to stay sober I was also struggling to get into treatment. I finally got into treatment with 2 days to spare. Two days after I left was the day of my trial, and I had no clue where I stood with the prosecutor's office and police. I went to court and Mr. Warrens cool and calm demeanor put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands. He worked his legal magic and before I knew it two of the three charges were dropped. The one that stuck came with super minor consequences that are easily and painlessly dealt with. A public defender, or any other lawyer for that matter, would be hard pressed to produced such a smooth outcome. Heck, I doubt they even could. The price was more than fair, but legal representation was priceless.

Mrs. Sewell, Mr Grimes’ paralegal, is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, helpful, super friendly, and helped answer all my silly questions. Mr. Grimes is so friendly and personable, which is great for anxious people like me! They required next to nothing from me and I felt confident they had it taken care of. This man is amazing ! Many of you can relate that when you get a court appointed attorney they just don't care! This is even worse in Montgomery county TN because they have the paid attorneys take on x amount of pro bono cases. When the judge said Allan Rassas I have never heard of him but I went straight to his office to let him know who and what I was about. Long story short I saved a puppy from two pit bulls the girl lived with her mom and they had no way to keep the puppy safe so they asked me to.take.her. later on the girls asked to move in with me when I declined she put false charges of theft on me. I already knew this attorney wasn't going to care. I could not have been more wrong. He was up late emailing me , he was making calls and doing his own detective work and when we went in that court room he was READY PERIOD. He blew so many holes threw the girls story and tbh until him I've never heard a attorney yell objection but he was on it ! He was not allowing her to do this to me no matter what. He was so good that the prosecutor in the middle of the trial said " with this new information we move to nully this case" !!!! Not many people are unforgettable but I will never forget the attorney who fought for the poor girl who couldn't pay him with everything he would give a paying customer. Plus y'all he is very impressive as an attorney he knows all the laws and what to say. If I ever have any other cases he is the guy for me. Trust me this one is worth it.
